Return & Refund Policy - Rapid Shores LLC

 

Rapid Shores LLC maintains a straightforward return and refund policy designed to ensure clarity for customers while accommodating the production process of our made-to-order products.



1. General Policy

 

Because our products are created on demand through third-party fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality. This includes, but is not limited to, sizing issues, preference changes, or incorrect selections made at checkout.



2. Defective or Incorrect Items


If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially inconsistent with the product ordered, Rapid Shores LLC will replace the affected item at no additional cost.


To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:


  • The order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and the defect or error



Claims submitted without required documentation may not be eligible for replacement.



3. Lost Shipments


If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier and tracking has not updated for an extended period, we will review the matter and, when appropriate, issue a replacement order.



4. Refunds


Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible (e.g., discontinued product or out-of-stock item). Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary by financial institution.



5. Return Shipping


Physical returns are not accepted unless specifically requested by Rapid Shores LLC during the claims process. Items returned without authorization will not be processed.
