Shipping Policy – Rapid Shores
Order Processing
• All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Fulfillment & Carriers
• Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.
• Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services depending on destination and product.
Estimated Delivery Times
• USA: typically 3–8 business days after fulfillment.
• Canada: typically 5–12 business days after fulfillment.
• Europe & International: typically 7–20 business days after fulfillment.
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, items in your cart, and the available shipping options.
• Any applicable duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (when available from the carrier).
• It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
• If you realize there’s an error, email support@rapidshores.com ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
• If the order has already been shipped, we’re unable to change the address. In that case, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please first check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office.
• If the package is marked as lost by the carrier, email us at support@rapidshores.com with your order number and tracking info. We’ll review it with our fulfillment partner and let you know the next steps.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
• Packages returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipments, or refusal may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
